In 2019, Sashi founded PROPINVEST, an independent firm specializing in bespoke Investment & Asset Management, Brokerage, and Advisory services for high-net-worth private investors and family offices. PROPINVEST’s advisory mandates, both past and current, encompass retail and commercial real estate, with oversight of a portfolio valued at over $500 million.
With more than 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, including two decades at leading agencies such as Knight Frank, CBRE, and Cushman & Wakefield, Sashi has held diverse roles across finance, research, asset management, and senior positions focused on retail investment capital transactions. He has a proven record of delivering strategic acquisition and disposal solutions for institutional and private retail real estate owners throughout Australia, with transactions exceeding $1.5 billion in value.
At PROPINVEST, Sashi holds overall responsibility for managing the Advisory, Asset & Funds Management business.

Robbie has an extensive business career spanning over 30 years, during which he has led four ASX-listed companies. He spent 11 years in executive roles within lotteries, race wagering, and sports betting at Tatts Group Limited and its predecessor, UNITAB Limited, including five years as CEO and Managing Director. Robbie also served as CEO of Wotif.com Limited, Australia’s leading online travel company, for seven years, where he guided the company through its scale-up phase, achieving approximately a fivefold increase in profits and a successful IPO in 2006.
He went on to lead Tyro Payments Limited, an Australian bank and payments fintech, as CEO and Managing Director for nearly five years. Most recently, he was Group CEO and Managing Director of The Star Entertainment Group, a role he assumed in October 2022 and held until March 2024.
Robbie holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce, both from the University of Queensland, along with a Graduate Diploma in Company Secretarial Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, an associate of the Governance Institute of Australia, and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland.
